If you are only available for a weekend session, I would encourage that you book as soon as possible. Weekends are typically booked 1 to 3 months in advance depending on the time of year. If you are available during the week, I would encourage you to reach out at least one month before you would like to book your session.
My sessions typically occur in the morning and evening. Please keep in mind that morning sessions are early as they typically occur as the sun is rising. Evening sessions tend to start a little late in the evening before the sun is setting.
The silver and gold packages are the most popular. For those planning to use animals ( equine and/or livestock) I always recommend the gold session. That will allow time for any animal(s) included time to walk, graze and make sure they also look their best.
I will typically return a minimum of 100 images to my clients. However, it is likely the longer the session the higher the image return.
All clients will receive a sneak peek within 3 weeks of their session. The turn around time for all images is approximately 5 week but is subject to change during busy season.
All images will be uploaded to a private gallery. Clients are able to download and use the images however they feel, whether that be through social media posts or prints. We are more than happy to suggest companies for printing.
Of course! Dogs are always welcome to sessions! When bringing your dog be sure to have them wear a plain collar. Since I am new to them be sure to bring some of their favorite treats and even a toy if they like to play!
I always suggest to get your horse and/or livestock ready as if you are going to show them. Remember you will have these images hanging on your wall and we want them to look as good as you! I would recommend bathing, clipping and even hoof black if you would like. As for tack I always suggest polishing it; halters, bridles, saddles.
As a side note anyone looking to have images with horses, if your horse usually struggles standing still. Please be sure to work them the morning of the shoot to bring their energy level down. Quiet/happy horses will allow us to capture more poses, which in turn means more images for you.
You are more than welcome to bring your friend. However I come fully equipped to make you and/or animal look their best. I'll have an assistant with me with shoots involving animals! She is great and has ample experience working with all species of animals.
KTP charges mileage 40 miles outside of KTPs address. The milage fee is $0.70 per mile. This will be discussed in the booking process.
KTP requires a deposit to be made to hold your session date once you have signed your KTP contract. Your deposit will be applied to your session cost as long as the contract is abided by. On the day of the session you will owe the remaining amount.
KTP does allow for payment plans in order for you to hire KTP as I would hate for money to be the reason you can't work with KTP! These options will be discussed prior to and outlined your KTP contract. Please understand that images are not released until the session cost has been completely covered.
